My apologies to those people who may have been trying to access the message boards or attempting to request a membership. Both of these areas of the site were inoperable due to an overzealous security patch that I installed a couple of days ago. For whatever reason, the patch threw a wrench into the works and all of the bulletin board CGIs and other scripts on the site ground to a screeching halt. I managed to find a temporary work around for the problem to get things up and running again, but things may still change as I dig deeper for a permanent solution. I’ll keep you posted, while trying to keep the downtime to a minimum.
